Although I work with various products and always like to try new things, I wanted to share the products that I personally use myself and that are a part of my makeup wardrobe. By that I am referring to products I tend to use on an everyday basis and cannot live without!
EYES: I like to stick with neutral eyeshadow colors and tend to wear black eyeliner (liquid as the top liner and pencil as the bottom liner) everyday. I actually don’t tend to wear mascara (shocking, I know!) as no mascara can compare to the effect of false lashes. For brows, I always fill them in with powder as opposed to a pencil or gel.

FACE: For the face, I always prep the skin first with skincare and a good primer (this could vary but my current favorite for the most skin perfecting results is Benefit “The POREfessional” face primer). For the actual face makeup, I like to wear a BB Cream during the day or a lightweight liquid foundation. For concealer, I actually use a foundation (specifically the MAC Studio Fix Fluid) in place of a traditional concealer as I find that this product really conceals without being too heavy on the skin. I always set my foundation with powder (pressed or loose), contour (powder), highlight (with a cream and powder layered over it), and apply blush (powder). I like to switch up my blushes daily but tend to use NARS, MAC, and Chanel powder blushes most.

LIPS: I would say the majority of the time, I only use lip stains as I like using lip products that require little to no touch-ups throughout the day. The great benefit to a lip stain is the color will actually dry on the lips and not move. Although they might feel a little dry, it stays on much longer than lipstick. I do love playing with lipsticks as well and sometimes like to finish the look with a nice gloss and lip liner. On myself, I tend to skip lip liner and lip gloss most times (I just prefer to just stick with a solid color and keep it low maintenance).
In terms of color, I am not loyal to wearing the same shade everyday, I will often choose the color based on my outfit and overall makeup. I gravitate towards pinks ranging from light to bright and warm to cool, light mauves, taupes, and neutral shades that are not too light. I also change up the textures, some days I can go matte and others I might like more of a shine. For me, lip color is a style accessory so I like to be experimental!
